Our Team
Ridwan Oke
Principal Partner and Founder of the firm. He attended the University of Ilorin where he bagged his LL.B and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Bagauda, Kano Campus where he bagged his B.L. Ridwan is a seasoned and trusted Lawyer with extensive experience in commercial litigation and advocacy in various superior courts in Nigeria. Ridwan is also experienced in Real Estate and Property acquisitions for individuals and corporate clients of the firm. He spearheads the firm’s General practice and provide thorough leadership towards achieving the goals of the firm. He is well known for his thoroughness and ability to adequately protect the interests of his clients within the bounds of the Law. Ridwan is passionate about providing pro bono services for indigent members of the Society. He is a public speaker who has spoken at several gatherings within the legal space and beyond. He is a serial volunteer.
John Oladapo
is a quintessential, resourceful and result oriented lawyer dedicated to offering practical and sustainable solutions to complex legal issues. He is skilled in Data Protection/Privacy Law, Fintech, Cybersecurity and Dispute Resolution. Oladapo is respected and trusted by clients and colleagues for his advocacy, advisory and analytical competence in very complex briefs. He is notable for his commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to seamlessly provide innovative solutions to the most complex legal and non-legal issues. He is widely published and actively facilitates thought leadership in the field of law and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data privacy. He attended Osun State University and obtained his B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He enjoys writing, learning and engaging in reform inspiring conversations.
Rukayat Muhammad
is a consummate, incredibly brilliant, passionate, and excellence-driven lawyer with interests in Corporate and Commercial Law, Finance and Securities, Capital Market, Real Estate and Properties, and Dispute Resolution. She attended Kogi State University, Anyigba (now Prince Abubakar Audu University) where she bagged her LLB. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus where she bagged her B.L degree with First Class Honours. Being a highly consistent individual, she has maintained excellent academic standards - reflecting exceptional character and grit, a mindset driven by excellence, and a commitment to a career of substance, value, and influence. She is a meticulous and detailed lawyer who loves to apply critical-thinking and commercial awareness to service clients. Whether working on a knotty legal issue or tackling a challenging task, she brings a unique perspective and a steadfast commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. She is an avid reader, a writer, and a great listener.
